HEY! MY NAME IS NESS, A FREELANCE ILLUSTRATOR BASED IN ONTARIO, CANADA.
I was born hard of hearing, which lead to intensely observing the world around me. I see everything in bright, bold colours. From as early as I can remember, I’ve been intrigued by eye catching poster compositions and spending a great amount of time pouring over the editorial art in the fashion magazines from the 80’s and 90’s. Street art moves me, and I love humans for their passion to create those giant murals to tell their story. When I’m not creating art, I can be found walking in nature with my kids, tending to my plants or cuddling my cat.
I’ve been an artist for awhile, you may have come across my work;
Granny Anarchy is my original character and I’ve released a few handmade zines through that title.
Bats in the Belfry Art– Where the nostalgic robot art lives.
Arkell Road Atelier– Original artwork involving my love for my hometown and bits of life in general.
